Official Notification Text:

Dear Mr. Mujë Buçpapaj,

We are honored to inform you that the Scientific Committee of the International Prize “City of Galateo – Antonio De Ferrariis”, a prize distinguished with a Medal from the President of the Republic and under the patronage of the Italian Senate and Parliament, has—after its evaluation process and based on the recommendation of Dr. Angela Kosta—decreed to grant you the Medal of Excellence Award for Literature and Foreign Research, in recognition of your extraordinary professional achievements and your precious contribution to the cultural and social landscape.

Over the years, this prestigious award has honored outstanding personalities from various fields of culture, art, and society, recognizing values of dedication and talent that contribute to the cultural and human growth of our communities.

The award ceremony will take place in Gorizia (European Capital of Literature 2025) on September 19 at 16:30, at the Regional Palace of the Friulian Culture Auditorium. This will be a unique opportunity to celebrate your professional career together with other distinguished figures from the cultural and institutional world.

The VerbumlandiArtAps Association promotes the development of ideas, studies, and research; it encourages cultural, literary, artistic, and scientific exchanges, and supports participation in initiatives aimed at enhancing the understanding of knowledge—including informal and non-formal learning—which, like the flow of a spring, brings life and sediment from one generation to another in the vast sea of culture, which today is more “fluid” and diasporic than ever.

The association organizes competitions, reviews, exhibitions, congresses, meetings, debates, and conferences, as well as theater and film activities, with the goal of increasing collective awareness of the value of individual research and study across disciplines. For this reason, the association aims to foster inclusive relationships and welcome the finest Italian and foreign talents by paying homage that, symbolically like a torch, brings light to daily life and connects hundreds of members and non-members alike, both in person and online, who voluntarily participate in its activities.

In line with its educational mission, the association is committed to raising awareness and guiding young people toward the (unavoidable) responsibility of diligently seeking and nurturing their talents.

We are sending you this invitation in hopes that you will honor us with your presence at the event, which would underscore its significance and serve as a meaningful encouragement to those working in our country to build a culture that can “shake” consciences toward creating a better society—one that respects human freedom and dignity.

We would be delighted to welcome you and celebrate this important event together. Please confirm your availability so that we may provide you with all the necessary logistical details.

Thank you for your attention. We look forward to your response and send our warmest regards.
