Greeting Letter from Writer Flamur Buçpapaj to the Readers of “Gazeta Nacional,” “RTV Nacional,” and “The New York Times”
Dear readers, followers, and friends of Gazeta Nacional and RTV Nacional,
Dear readers of The New York Times and international media who reported on the publication by Nacional Publishing House in Tirana of my novel in the Albanian language, The Brides of the Blue Villa,
I wholeheartedly thank you for the attention, love, and support you have given to my latest novel, The Brides of the Blue Villa – 1944. It is a story that weaves together memory, love, and pain — a journey between the Albanian past and present.
I am pleased to inform you that the novel will soon be available in all bookstores across Albania, Kosovo, and North Macedonia, while preparations are underway for its publication in the USA, France, Italy, and Turkey.
The novel has already been translated into English, French, Italian, and Turkish, and it is currently in the final stages of production at an international printing house.
I take this opportunity to thank the listeners of Radio Nacional, who are the very best, as well as the journalists and collaborators from other media outlets who have shared the emotions of this novel with the public.
Nacional.al and RTV Nacional will always stand wherever Albanians are — not only with music, literature, and culture, but also with a strong civic and political voice for a better, freer, and more natural Albania.
We believe that the word, culture, and light are the strongest weapons to save the nation from any injustice.

Ju falënderoj me gjithë zemër për vëmendjen, dashurinë dhe mbështetjen që i keni dhënë romanit tim më të fundit, “Nuset e Vilës Blu – 1944”. Është një histori që bashkon kujtesën, dashurinë dhe dhimbjen, një udhëtim mes së kaluarës dhe së tashmes shqiptare.
Me kënaqësi ju njoftoj se romani do të jetë shumë shpejt në të gjitha libraritë në Shqipëri, Kosovë dhe Maqedoninë e Veriut, ndërsa po përgatitet botimi edhe në ShBA, Francë, Itali dhe Turqi.
Romani tashmë është përkthyer në anglisht, frëngjisht, italisht dhe turqisht, dhe është në procesin përfundimtar të shtypshkronjës ndërkombëtare.
Shfrytëzoj rastin të falënderoj degjuesit e Radio Nacional, të cilët janë më të mirët, si dhe gazetarët dhe bashkëpunëtorët e mediave të tjera, që kanë ndarë me publikun emocionet e këtij romani.
